How to set the new perspective?
The update says you can set third person in vehicles only, but what is the command?

Its not a command. Its a thing you put in the server.

when setting up server, type
perspective both - for first and 3rd person
perspective first person - first person only
perspective vehicle - 3rd person only when using vehicle
