Where is it located? Somebody knows? Found the Compressor myself, now im looking for the outfit. [Don't stay "SPAWN IT" and blah-blah-blah, i just enjoy completing quests]

I Think Military locations such as Volk Military Base Can Spawn it.

I have never seen one that isn't spawned in, so I don't know if it spawns at all yet.

Nothing at Volk though, checked everything. I think it's not like a quest item, more like a random one that spawns/drops somewhere. Heading to Shereyavo atm

maybe it is something that doesn't spawn that often, like spec ops outfits. Maybe try the deadzones, and keep going back to military locations. and just to be sure, check if you can't buy it at the clothing seller in the liberator.

it has a spawn ID, which means it is not a quest item. you can also wear it and use it as clothes. that means its just like any shirt/pants/mask but with a cool texture and is really really rare

no. andy sends you to find the engine part thingy that is in the sub under the oil rig. then you need to find the outfit. THEN you'll get the jet. have you even done the quest?
