Tips on Skybases?

Well my bases on Semi-Vanilla servers constantly get raided so I'm planning on making a sky base. I prefer building with structures instead of plates but I will still take tips of building sky bases with plates. So here starts my questions. How do I build a sky base with structures fast and not spend 8 hours? Is a plate sky base or structure sky base better? Any general tips for a sky base?

Honey comb? and considering im building with structures how long will it take me to get to sky limit?

If admins are online and cheats are enabled, no way is your base safe, in any possible way

Fly to a floating platform if you can (like remains of other skybases) so you don't have to use 8 hours building up.

Or as mutch.

find a good secluded spot to start building your stairway up to your spot where you want to build your skybase and have a small generator and an oxygenator with you but be sure you finish your sky base before taking down the stairway and you have a way to get up to it like /home or a heli

What exact plugins are there? U woukd suggest just building a wooden honeycomb on ground

well i havn't been able to play in almost a year b/c of kitchen and living room remodeling, but one thing i would try is fly a heli up to the remains of a skybase that still has some walls and floors/roff left, but still feels like its been abandond for at least a week or two, and then build off of that

I was comtemplating that but I have to take the risks of having a foundation base being raided every 30-60 minutes and building up plates to a new one
