How to solve death drop items!

Have to say, drop items really make me very distressed

you want to keep items when you die? If yes it's in the jconfig file or in advanced settings if you play single player

you dont need mod. go in your server folders and open JSON config. if you play on normal, scroll down untill you find "normal" then look for sub category named "player" and change "lose items on combat death" and also "lose items on envoironment death" to 0.
