The player with most unturned hours is a hacker/glitcher.
I don't remember if he has 9k or 19k, but anyway he got those same hours also in cs and other games.
He's one of those that run multiple games at the same time and leaves afk to make the hours count rise.

Same thing for second, third etc. For what I saw, the one with more legit hours (for what it seems at least) has around 7k.
