It already is in a car when u find it, and if its not, it is normally in mechanic shops

you can find them in other vehicles or in mechanical shops and were as to put them in or not is that you have to go around the front of the car and then it is a matter of just tapping and hoping it goes in

You put the battery in your hands, (Equip it) then just left click on a car that has no battery.

enter a car. press the button to open your inventory. there should be a option to steal the battery
