Honestly honeybadgers are so easy to get on PEI. Just stalk mili base for an hour or so.

The Honeybadger spawns rarely in military location in Washington, PEI, and Hawaii. It also spawns in airdrops on russia. They are extremely rare (being of legendary quality), but you'll find one (or more) if you just go to military locations.

never found a Honeybadger at military location. stalk them for 40 or mote times :^(

just spam military base its the only way to get decent loot on that map
