Exchange inventory in-game or through steam? If it's through steam with unturned items you can just trade.

Have you made sure all the items you wish to exchange are actually tradable ?
Some items may not be at first but will become tradeable after a certain amount of time while others simply ate not tradable.

I want Nelson to put the inventory of unturned can be exchanged because before if it could but I am told yesterday that most of the objects can no longer be exchanged
