Honestly there isn't even anything drastic I can think of that I want to see mod wise. Note when I say drastic I mean something that would require a lot of work to do mod wise. I mean my favorite mod for SR4 was the mod that just amplified all the powers (run speed, jump height, etc)
Right now the only thing I can think of that I'd want would be the ability to reset the triple jumps between swapping agents to allow for greater traverse. So for example, you'd triple jump, swap agent, triple jump, swap agent, repeat. This would really help with a lot of those instances were your agents get stuck right at the ledge of a jump and are just floating there unable to move. It also make a fun mini game or sorts to see just how many times you could do it, how far up in the map you could get, etc.
I'd also like to be able to jump straight to the agent I want with the unused 1-2-3, instead of only the scroll wheel. I know with only three of them, you can always jump to either of the other two with up and down, but I don't like how that makes it always relitive to your current agent, especially when I've switched one out and don't instinctively remember which is next.
ALSO, it bugs me that there's no visual indicator of when your dash is ready to be used. The indicator for your special move being a tiny icon in the corner is kinda dumb too; seems obvious to have a meter near the targeting reticle to me.
Any optimization would be appreciated too. I know the GTX970 is getting old, but this is the first game I've ever had to lower to 'medium' just to get it playable.
I always accidently switch to the wrong agent and would like a hotkey for each one. What is ESPECIALLY infuriating is when their ability is on cooldown, their icon is gone so you have no idea what agent you are switching too!!!
MY point is, with the similarites to Saints Row, by the same company, which DID have a minimap, this is very strange.
Also, in games like JC3 you could push one button to bring up the map, then one button to close it. In this, I have to press two different buttons for the map, then esc THREE TIMES to get rid of it. All games with maps on PC should press 'm' once for map, 'm' once for no map imo.
Oh and Minecraft does have a map, you just have to craft it ;)
Give me icons for objectives, and maybe GPS directions, when I scan, for example. Now that would be useful and less obnoxious.
