100% cpu

My computer is feeling the age, but I think it's a bit much that this game take 100% until my computer shuts down from overheating.

Any way to reduce the cpu usage. Or at least let the devs know this is a problem, since I can't play the game if my computer shuts down.

If your CPU is overheating due to a game you need better cooling. Your CPU should be able to sit at 100% forever and not overheat, your rig is unstable.

You might need some more thermal paste? Also check your fans

Actually mine did this couple of days ago, game has been running fine and I run on pretty low settings with none of the fancy stuff and my CPU spiked.

I was running in slow motion on the Ark and every single core (quad 3.2 GHz here) was at 100%....mine NEVER reaches 100% and I literally just had it repasted and the whole system cleaned for dust before AoM came out last week.

I'm starting to think the recent GPU update may be causing my CPU to act out but why would it do that O_O...this never happened till I updated
