This game is about managing limited buttons across randomly generated target numbers, while that game is about using specific button combinations to solve fixed and premade puzzles. Wildly different.

Between Genius Calculator, Calculator: The Game (plus a sequel not on Steam), and the aforementioned other Calculate It, and probably more games, it seems like there is a bit of a subgenre of calculator puzzle games.
