how the mansion got infected? how 4 members of bravo team are still alive in the mansion?

during the events of resident evil zero the training facility got infected by the leeches and then the water dispossal got infected too soo the people living in the mansion drink the waters and got infected ..

Yes, a small number of Bravo team is still alive and in the Spencer Mansion.

The Training Facility was attacked by former researcher and co-founder of Umbrella, James Marcus and his T-Virus-infected leeches.

Lost in Nightmare takes place years after RE1. It's also set in a different mansion that's partly the same design.

They don't really elaborate much on how Marcus infected the mansion in RE1 aside from stating that he was the one who did it. Also, the outbreak at the mansion started a couple of weeks before the start of Zero/REmake. While STARS blew up the mansion, the sewage from the lab still managed to reach the city through the waterline. This, combined with the rats eating the broken vials in the sewers in RE2, is what triggered the outbreak in the city.

This is why i say to people don't bother with any of the other games. the story gets way too japanese anime.
forget the others just play Res 1, it makes sense. all the info is there in notes as you play the game.

is true, but you cant ignore 0 and what happens in that game is canon too, the most japanize and crazy from the sage is RE0, then RE CV, and then RE 6 i think..

If you read the letters in game the first one says how it happened. in the mansion the virus got leaked and some workers got infected but there is more to this and how it started but i'll have to recomplete the game to remember :p

the problem is that the workers , thought ,that ,but isnt really what really happend, they sayd, it got leaked, and so on, but nobody knows the source , they all got infected, drinking water, by leaving in there, then ,the first simptomes start to appear so , nobody knew, where actually, the t virus leaked, the outbreak cause only zombies , the rest of the monsters casts, was already prepared by wesker and birkin , all those monsters ,were planned to unleash, against stars members, but the zombies dont, so i think it was the water, but the employes, never knew, have to play RE0 i hope it get realese it to, i played some time ago, and i really like it , but is very fun and hard.
