Am I the only one who can't launch this game? I get an error message when trying to launch the game from exe, when I click play in Steam nothing happens. I've also tried running in Windows 7 compatibility mode, but again, nothing happens.

Specs:

Windows 8.1
GTX 770 TI
A8 6600k 4core
16GB

Run dxwebsetup and let it update.
