Taking it will result in it not being available for the next character. You would gain two extra slots.
Though RE4 was the first one where you can actually upgrade your inventory more then once.
Also dont forget carlos gives jill the sidepack in re 3 :P
I've been playing code veronica for the first time a few days before the remaster came out hehe, so i've only remember about that in particular. It's been a few years that i've played resident evil 3
I actually liked veronica :D Im not holding my breath for a pc port though haha, though id love to see it happen with added in headshots :D
