ERR09 Unsupported issue
Apparently this happens on other RE games, like 6, but revelations and 4 were fine

this happens whenever I try to trigger it to full screen. Anyone had any issue with an error like this?

Set the size to something other than the current default (is it 1024x720 or something?) first like 1360x768 THEN try fullscreen.

"Config" file in the game folder. Change manually these:

FullScreen = ON

The same happened to me, so i needed to force it to start with full screen (changing that variable). Problem solved.

I'll help seeing how some people are so vague!
1. Try finding the "Config.ini" in the START menu
2. Your name
3. AppData
4. Local
5. CAPCOM
6. Resident Evil - biohazard@HD REMASTER (you will find it in here)

Also try and disable the steam overlay for REHD. It has pretty bad issues with this game.

Another way to fix this may be(this is what I did): Use "Windowed Borderless Gaming" for a fullscreen 'window' without borders for this EXE..
See for more info: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/WindowedBorderlessGaming

Hi, I'm sorry but that didn't help me. Once you have your folder open can you paste the folders actual file location?

C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Game Engine manager

Oh hey never mind guy. It was a hidden folder. I found it.

C:\Users\YOURPCNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\Resident Evil - biohazard@HD REMASTER

C:\Users\---Once in this file, right click, uncheck Hidden, and you'll see all the hidden folders. You need admin permission though.
