Crashing to desktop when I enable fullscreen and 1920x1080
Specs:

CPU: i5-3570k
GPU: Sapphire HD Radeon 7870 XT 2GB GDDR5 Tahiti LE version
Ram: 8GB Corsair Vengeance (2x4 1600 MHz)
Mobo: ASRock Z77 Pro4

Running through the usual checklist to see if anything fixes it. Starting with the file validation.

It did that to me too. I tried just doing one thing at a time though.
Enabled full screen. It worked. Changed resolution. That worked. Then individually set each setting as needed. Not sure if that will do the trick for you but thought I'd throw it out there.

I'll only do GPU driver updates as a last resort :P

It's a Radeon after all.

In my case, the game crashes when I go to the video settings...

Can't help you if you don't give us anything to work with, like specs, Windows version, video card driver version and relevant crash logs.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3610qm
GPU: GeForce GT 630m 2gb
RAM: 8gb
OS: Windows 7 Home 64-bit

Drivers is up to date.

Your video card does not meet the minimum GPU requirement. That said, have you tried updating your video card drivers yet?

I was testing Revelations on this system, and it was running great on max settings (except AA). Drivers is up to date.

hey my specs are

Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.50GHz
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology

6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)

Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Sony)

and of course the plague.1 64bit (8.1)
guessing that my graphics arent too hot, but the fps isn't bad everything is just in slow mo, any ideas?

Got it wokring by selecting 1 thing at a time.

Running perfectly now. But hopefully they fix this issue since others are having the same problem.

I can modify every other portion of the video settings except for full screen; it has crashed on every attempt.

Intel i5-4670k
16 GB RAM
GTX 760
Windows 7

Additionally have updated drivers...not sure what else to do at this point. Any help is appreciated.

Try running default settings, and do fullscreen first without changing anything else. That is what I did.

Not sure if this helps or not but I was experiencing the same issue. For those of you that may use Adobe products, the Creative Cloud can cause some issues when running full screen games. Simply go to your task manager and find creative cloud under processes and click to end said process. This has happened with other games before and it seems to work for this one as well.

huh, btw is it possible to buy external graphics cards? My laptop can change graphics cards, but it would be a ♥♥♥♥♥ to do it. I have heard of them but when I look them up I don't see anything, nor do I see graphics cards for laptops at all
