It would be awesome.
How about after they remake/reboot Dino Crisis? Please?
Hahaha...yeah that would be funny.
I didnt' think that had half a chance of happening...but...after thinking about it.. Jurassic Park is around the corner. Dinosaurs might get a comeback. Bet you Capcom would be on top of it in that situation. Dino Crisis was a pretty cool game.
Dino Crisis pretty much died after the first one. The second was like an action shooter where you get points with a dinosaur fighting game as an unlock. It was an alright game with some bonkers time traveling story that never got a conclusion. It just wasn't a survival horror after the first one. I should go back and play it because I never did finish the first one.
I like both DC 1&2, not getting into DC3.
There is talk of them rebooting it so i got hope!
Wasn't DC 3 a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Gun Survivor game? XD
If the name Gun Survivor appears on a Capom game you know it's going to be absolutely abysmal.
I think they called those games Gun Survivor because that's what you are if you've played them, finished them and not blown your own brains out. XD
No DC3 was on the first Xbox....ands about....no BS....space alien/zombie dino's....
OMG
I need to see this to believe it....
Saw it......please sombody burn it from my mind.....WHY!!!!!
I played about an hour of the second one before quitting in disgust and declaring it the 'Resident evil 4' of this franchise with all the action arcadey bullcrap. =(
Would Indeed want the first one even just straight up ported to steam however, atleast that one was pretty amazing.
It happened earlier. RE2 on the N64 had the option to use alternate controls.

Maybe that's why I have no problem with them. I never had a PS1, so the first RE game I owned was the second one on the N64. Or maybe it's because tension and suspense should be created by the plot and atmosphere of the game, not worrying if you're going to get bit because the sluggish and janky tank controls won't let you do something as simple as quickly sidestepping.
Either way, it's a game, play with the controls you like. Who cares if someone prefers the alternate control scheme?
That's true I forgot about that. I never played that version. Did anyone ever play the dualshock edition of RE2 on playstation? Did that have analog control or just the N64 version?
Still it looks like cheating where as in Outbreak it didn't feel like that.
With REmake, though - your character feels like a separate entity. Not grounded to the world. There should be aceleration and deceleration when changing direction.
As others said, Outbreak controlled really well and felt natural.
