Are their any "Crimson" Spiders or "Crimson" Hunters?
I never played the remake prior to this remaster, and these undead zombies go berserk. Are their any other "Crimson monsters" like hunters or spiders?

Nope. Only Crimson Heads. If there was a crimson version of hunters, may as well uninstall this game and cry in a corner.

No point of Crimson Hunters. At that point in the game you're not in the mansion long, and only two need to be killed anyway. Every other Hunter as well as then few in the caves can be easily evaded.
