List of hidden achievements

Why can i only view a select few from steam, is there a way i can get a full list of all the achievements available ? thanks in advance

Hello, I just beat the game and Very Easy with Jill. I saved both Chris and Barry but did not get the achievement I'm a Member of S.T.A.R.S. I would assume that you cant get that achievement while on Very Easy mode?
