where can i find "the wolf medal" ???

so i came to that pond down in the basement,and i have the eagle medal,
but where oh where do i find the wolf medal? i know its in a book , but where is the book? and where is that room on the map? im so confused right now

You know the room that becomes a trap after removing the key? there is a door at the end of that room that leads to the book if I remember correctly.
