How do I turn on the power of the elevator located in the kitchen/basement (mansion)?
I need to make it work so I can enter that room on the second floor to get the battery for the courtyard elevator.

Go back to the basement area you gained access to, by solving the moving walls puzzle.
There will be a switch in a flooded area, that turns the power to the elevator back on.
