About Closet Key and room behind the painting
I finished the game once with Jill and I've seen somewhere that I was supposed to get a key on my next playthrough, but I didn't. I'm halfway through my second playthrough (with Chris now) and I got the note about the secret room behind the painting (which I notice on the map now).

So, am I doing something wrong? This room counts towards getting the visiting (and having 100%) all rooms achievement?

You get the key after completing the game once. You don't need to finish Jill's and Chris's games to get it. However, it's only available on the next playthough with the same character that unlocked it. Start Jill's next game and you'll have it.
Should be in the item box

Oh, that's it then, I started a new game with Chris instead of playing with Jill again. Do you know if it counts towards the visit all rooms achievement?

And thanks by the way.

Not entirely sure if it does. I've gone through a playthrough myself without going into it and I didnt get the achievement, but theres probably a greater chance that I missed an item or something.

Always best to just go through and visit the room anyway to make sure it doesnt affect the run, although that would mean starting over in your case.

Thanks for the answer. I'm confirming now that the secret room is NOT needed for the Every Nook and Cranny achievement.
