Avoiding Crimson Heads ?
So, does EVERY Zombie i kill turn into a CH ?
If yes, is there enough Kerosene to Burn all of them, if no, how do i deal with them ? :(

Depends on the difficulty you are playing on. Every zombie returns, but the amount of time it takes for him to return is reduced with increasing difficulty mode.
Also the harder, the more zombies, whilst kerosene stays the same. On very easy I guess you can burn every single zombie. On normal you can burn all the important ones and the rest you can simply evade.
+you can always try to drop them on the same spot. Therefore I would say, that it depends on your playstyle.

There isn't enough kerosene to burn all of them, but there's enough to burn the zombies that are actually in your way. Or you can decapitate them with the shotgun. Or just avoid killing zombies in the first place.

If playing as Jill, flame rounds can burn them too.

1. yes, if you don't burn them.
2. i don't think there's enough kerosene for all of them (might be wrong); shottie to the head :)
Try either avoiding them or make their heads pop by shooting them with shotgun (wait till they get close, aim up and pull the trigger)
Head popping is also good for CH.

Not enough Kerosene to burn em all no. You can either burn "important" ones in high traffic areas that you know you'll be going through all the time, blow off their heads (hope you do with the handgun or time it right while aiming up with a shotgun), or avoid them completely for the rest of the game. There are two other options depending on your charater:

Chris has an advantage with Flash Grenades because after it's in their mouth after one shot it'll blow their head off.
Jill has another advantage with Incendiary Grenades which automatically burn the corpse.

Which are the important ones ? :D

There are a few zombies that won't mutate and just disappear, but these are for the most part towards the end of the game, so yes generally they all will mutate.

You can go for decaps with the shotgun also, but it won't always work. It's about a 75% chance or so - just bait them close, aim up and shoot.

You don't have to shoot and kill every zombie. The game heavily discourages it, lots of zombies can be ran past/baited and dodged.

Protip: If there are any stairs nearby, baiting a zombie onto the stairs will result in them only puking, which is easy to run past. They will never grab you while on any stairs.

The ones that seem to be unavoidable when crossing an area. Areas, where you can easily avoid the zombie, need no clearing.
