For example, you complete Jill on Normal, load the 'cleared game' save file, played 'Once again' mode as Chris on hard, saved over the Jill save with the Chris save and completed on hard; you would then have both the Jill extra costume, and the Chris extra costume.
Next time you load the Chris 'cleared game' save file and play once again mode on that file. After you complete that, you will have thee costumes, and so on.
It sounds more confusing than it really is. If you load your previous game before starting your next run, every previous unlock will still be available to you.
Yes, those weapons will unlock regardless of what mode the game is beaten on, Once Again/New Game, they unlock all the same as long as you get the sub-3/5 hour times

Yeah, Normal is the minimum to get the weapons. I completely forgot to include that in my last post.
I thought this is only true if you speed ran in less than 5 but over 3, because if you speed run under 3 hours, you'll have the Rocket Launcher automatically in your inventory, and the Samurai Edge is in the item box.
