Report a translation problem
"unknown" means you've entered a wrong resolution. Check your Desktop native resolution and enter that in your "config.ini" both resolution and refresh rate.
Ex: for 1280x720 @60Hz

FrameRate=60FPS
FullScreen=ON
RefreshRate=60.00Hz
Resolution=1280x720
VSYNC=ON
Leaving this here if someone was looking for it in the future:

The AppData folder may be hidden by default. The issue could be an antivirus app blocking the REHD.exe from writing files, or maybe folder permissions set by your system on that specific folder. Setting the file as read-only or running the game "as administrator" should work.
But in case when you enter: Settings to change the video settings within the game and then the game crashes...
Go all the way down and select: Reset all settings.
In my case, by doing that, I managed to fix the crash and I can now enter the video settings.
