Controller Mod?

So, the keyboard controls have a custom option, but for some ridiculously stupid reason the controller doesn't.
It maps my PS4 controller completely wrong, and I want to change it.
Is there a mod to enable custom controls or something?

Any help would be great.

The closest I can get to room scale in any pc and console game. Walking in place or walking across a room, using an aim controller on the right hand to fire a gun and a glove and the left hand to interact in game to pick up items etc

impressive, but that has to be the absoulte worst way to play resident evil.

Paste this on your config.ini if you want the same control scheme, but remember to change in-game to profile B under options menu

For those annoyed by stupid gamepad layouts: You can remap buttons in Steam settings (desktop or tv-mode). Confirmed to work atleast with xbox 360 controller. Remapped layout "A" to switch LB/RB so that you can keep holding "aim" with left index finger and fire / change target / defense with right index! The "x360ce" (emulator software) always screwed the right trigger (RT) for me..
