Valid values for

are:
POV (D-Pad)
or if you have the D-Pad mapped to buttons
13
14
15
16
You'll need to find the correct order if your D-Pad is mapped as buttons.
The engine will figure out the directions on it's own.
POV (Point-of-View) it's treated as a single input object which reports values of:
-1 - Center
0 - Up
45 - Up/Right (diagonal)
90 - Right
135 - Down/Right (diagonal)
180 - Down
225 - Down/Left (diagonal)
270 - Left
315 - Left/Up (diagonal)
360 - N/A since it's already 0
Thanks!
Those are better alternatives ans report the DS4 as XB360 Controller...
If your DS4 isn't reported as XInput device (360 Controller) you won't have vibration working...
RE HD REmaster only has vibration in XInput Mode (XI compliant Controllers)
Or use X360CE with whatever DInput driver you are using now. That is if your driver IS supporting rumble to start with...
EDIT: Using X360CE or DS4 Wrapper will make the above settings useless because these are only working for DInput Gamepads. These are only settings to map DInput device to a "Virtual" 360 Pad.
Then, rather than remap keys via the RE ini you could remap the buttons in the DS4Windows profile editor.
You can then remap the face buttons to a different face button, i.e swap X for O, in line with the corresponding values in game. Alternativly, map the controller inputs to keyboard buttons and tell RE you're using a keyboard. Should work.

I am trying to aim using the aim controller and fire using the mouse or keyboard, but I can't. I am not allowed to click the 2 buttons at the same time from the aim controller and the mouse/keyboard. They do not work at the same time. Any suggestion to make this work ?
Thanks!
I know this might not sound helpful, but really, this isn't the type of game to get creative with as far as input method.
D-Pad for tank and thumbstick for floaty, so you can use what's best for each given situation. :-)
The closest I can get to room scale in any pc and console game. Walking in place or walking across a room, using an aim controller on the right hand to fire a gun and a glove and the left hand to interact in game to pick up items etc
