Moonlight sonata bug?
I found the bar and the music note, but there's no message on inspecting telling me a page misses. Intended or a bug?

There are indeed two parts of the musical sheet. If you inspect one of them, it doesn't reference it's only a part of it? That is odd

Nope. i checked it fully. Really odd, or does it only give this description for the ripped page?

It might actually. If my memory serves the other part might actually looked ripped.

It's because i missed the pages in the cabinet in the small dining room. I found the Note before the pages, which isn't the usual order. I also missed the corridors and fountain room on the left wing of the house close to the safe room for almost my whole playthrough.

There is no usual order. That only exists if you follow a walkthrough...
The whole game is a kind of puzzle. Just as a locked door with an engraved shield would imply a shield key that have to be found. The same goes for the notes. You find the first part of it, so you have to find the second part of it before you can use it. It doesn't matter which part you find first. Especially since you shouldn't pick up everything straight away and take it with you, but only when you actually need it or have an item box.

Technically you should find certain items earlier than others, but this doesn't have to be the case always. Sadly the moonlight sonata note doesn't specify it has another half, while the other part does state a part is missing.
I don't want to dwell on it now, but the game definitely points it out to you. In both cases you will be informed that the other piece is missing. It's really better to be more careful, otherwise something like this will happen to you more often. No offense intended.

Once examined, the one is named music mid-pages, while the other is named missing music.

The one says: It's titled, "Moonlight Sonata". A section of the music is missing, leaving only the beginning and the end of the music.

The other says: The beginning and the last sections of the music are missing.

And if you merge them: It's titled, "Moonlight Sonata". The complete musical score of the "Moonlight Sonata".

E: Added a source.

Yeah, but this didn't happen. It just said: moonlight sonata with no description... It only said it for the ripped pages of the small dining room, not the note. You don't have to believe me. You can miss parts, the game has quite an extensive list of items.

Anyways, i still found and combined the notes after looking up the description.

If i remember correctly, the missing music (which you found 1st in the bar) needs to be rotated slightly before inspecting it.

This might explain why nothing came up when you clicked inspect

Guess that was it, thought i checked every side though.
Go to the room just before you get to the Room where you encounter Yawn for the 1st time, there's a room where you have to light the candles to light up the room, theres a cabinet you have to push, push it go in, kill or dodge the zombie and on the left of the shelf theres the page youre missing.
