Jill endings 2 and 4?!

I've been playing through Jill's game quite a bit and I have gotten all of the endings that were in the original game: Rescue both Chris and Barry (ending 1), only rescue Barry (ending 3), only rescue Chris (ending 5) and only rescue yourself (ending 6). How do I get endings 2 and 4? What do I have to do differently? I'm assuming it's the same issue for Chris since he has 6 endings as well.

If anyone knows, please let me in on the secret.

let Barry get killed by the Tyrannt, once with saving Mr.Redfield and once without saving him.

How does that change the ending? Wouldn't I get the same ending as if I didn't save them at all?

As far as I know you need to destroy the Mansion. There's a difference between the "bad" and the "sad" ending, the bad one is escaping alone and leaving the mansion behind, while the sad one is leaving alone, but destroying the mansion.

I figured out that you need to be able to either start or stop the self destruct sequence somehow. The two endings I'm missing are saving Barry with the mansion not blowing up, and saving only myself with the mansion blowing up. My question is, how do I do that?
