No, I got it on PSN. I just have no idea what to do for it, all the guides I found didnt make sence

i don't recall any candle puzzle in this game.

Edit: oh you mean spider room ?

Hint use the lighter and look at each eye and color and then look at pool table and see which number match the color. (its for the door with password.)
