Cutscenes not appearing

I started playing this game its good but it can be hard to figure out what to do so i've also been watching a walkthrough but cutscenes dont seem to be appearing anymore. First in the fishing hook room or whatever its called the one with barry and now the one outside where Barry talks about some monster attacking him or something like that.

Depending on your actions some cutscenes will play and the other ones won't.

The first scene you mention won't play if you met Barry on the balcony with Forest's corpse instead of getting him to save you from the shotgun trap or if you've met Richard but haven't brought him the Serum yet.

The other scene won't play if you haven't given Richard his serum in time because then he won't give you the radio which you need to receive Barry's message. You'll get it later instead but the cutscene is gone.

ok so i didnt get those 2 because i failed to give Richard the serum in time. So do i just continue and there will be other cutscenes later?

Sure, the cutscenes are, like, 10 seconds anyway, who cares, you've already seen them appearently and once you know what to do it's a 3 hour game, just play it again and again and again for all eternity, you'll get different outcomes eventually.
