There is any possibility to bring the RE3 Classic Jill model to this?

Do you mean, like, her actual PS1 model? Because her RE3 outfit is already an unlockable in this game and has been since the original Gamecube release.

Sounds more like he means the bonus outfit from RE3 Remake. The one with the blue top and the black shorts/skort or however its called. The one that was designed after the standard outfit from RE3 Nemesis but with shorts instead of a skirt.

It's possible. You just have to create the mod, and do a model swap. But unless you feel like putting in the effort yourself, then it's not going to happen. The modding community for this game is pretty much dead these days.
