there seems to be problem with the PC port which Capcom hasn't fixed in YEARS, it seems to want memory then it needs. maybe REmake really hates old tech? maybe a problem with DDR3.
I have the latest Windows 10 update and the drivers are up to date, so I dont know if thats it
I've tried both yet it still runs slowly
Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
Judging by the Task Manager I also have a AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330, so I dont know
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-017
And lower graphics to low and 30FPS and try again.
So I've forced my laptop to run the AMD card on the game by the settings and set it to 30 fps and lowered the graphics, yet the cutscenes are out of sync. The running still feels slow in an irritating way (as if its almost ok but just slow motion enough to be noticable)
Thanks, ill keep poking and prodding. Hopefully it will be fixed
So the framerate is fixed, but the audio still desync a tiny bit during cutscenes (not as much as before). Thanks!
