Accidently Chose Easy Mode
I never played the GC remake so I was excited to finally try this version. I figured "how do you like your game" equaled difficulty modes. Naturally I chose hiking assuming it was normal mode and mountain climbing hard mode.

Playing as Jill I had tons of First Aid, too many herbs to count, too many ink ribbons, Zombies and bosses went down quickly, at the end of the game I barely used any magnum rounds at all. I know Jill is suppose to be easier than Chris but this feels too easy! The most difficult and time consuming parts were the puzzles, backtracking, and recalling locations but I was upset by how easy the game seemed to be. I remember the original PS1 version being much harder.

I finish the game (Best Ending) and I notice I can now choose an actual normal and hard mode! It's at that point I realized I must of been playing on easy! I don't get it why would the devs include how do you like your game if the actual difficulty modes arent unlocked till after you finish the game?

1, Jill is harder.
2. Old games were short and wanted you to replay them several times, RE had both new difficulty modes, costumes and speed run rewards.
Normal just as easy as easy mode, I suggest playing only on hard or on normal but with randomisation mod.

I wouldn't say normal is just as easy as you have more enemy placements and less items but with more experience in the game it becomes easier.

Normal has enough ammo to kill everything twice. That makes it impossible to lose.
Easy and very easy allow you to kill everything more times than there are stars in the sky.
Hard has less ammo than you need to kill everything.

Thats why any difficulty below hard is almost same.

I have a question, if I play normal and use the special handgun, do I get the achievement if I finish under 3 hours?
