the part about you can never miss an item for good is only true for important key items tough. some other loot is actually permenantly missable like the stuff in the shotgun room when you use the jill sandwich method to get the shotgun for example. as that room becomes perma off limits afterwards. now if you mean its not possible to get stuck keywise then yeah. thats absolutly impossible to happen (tech issues aside of course)
Also, I’m not sure it’s actually a beta. If it is, it’s certainly one of the later ones.
Also, if Real Survival were to leave that doorknob breakable, it would be possible to enter the east wing through the art gallery, put the Sword key in the west wing’s item box, and then break the doorknob without unlocking the second floor east door, leaving yourself locked in the east wing and the game unwinnable.
If Real Survival were to include beta versions of puzzles and level structure, a lot more than that knob would be different.
