Ruby for crow, a file and 2 resonant magicites ?

So I need to find ruby for Crow? AND I have been farming a lot but no RUBY and I got all ready 2 resonant magicites but sub plot doesnt advantage ? Also where in world you can find A FILE have been every house hunting it and dungeon farming :D

you can check a sub menu in the pause screen using the c key, i believe it says which floors the ruby spawns on

Try working there multiple days - for me it didn't spawn until the 3rd time I worked there.

You have to "steal" the file. Say you work at the factory, but before you chose which of the two tasks, go to the far right room. There is box in the lower right (I think) corner with the standard sparkly symbol saying you can "steal" something there.

I THINK you have to go as Lilia during the day. I THINK it doesn't show up at night if you go as Sheryl. Also, save right before you attempt to steal it, as it isn't a guaranteed success, and you can get caught just the same as any other theft.
