Cornerstone problem

I created a new house a few time ago (2 weeks), I had no problem while I deplaced it but from this afternoon... when I place my cornerstone... nothing happen, there is the sound, the dust when I placed it... but no house. All the blocks, the portals, the crafting bench... nothing !
I tested to dig in the foundation to see if it stay when I move it and yes... it stay... so my ENTIRE HOUSE JUST DISAPPEAR !!
I dunno if i'm the only one to have this bug but this made me out of me...

Have you opened your cornerstone menu? I forget what keybind it is but you may have purchased another cornerstone and you're using the wrong one. Make sure you have selected the proper cornerstone.

Hum ... this post was posted on the 9th august 2015 ... it's kinda outdated ... when i posted it, cornerstone menu wasn't avaliable. So my cornerstone just disappeared for no reason. Still don't know how and why it happened.

Go ahead and submit a ticket[support.trionworlds.com] if your Cornerstone isn't popping up as normal.

My(TaoismDeepLake) cornerstone vanished today. I just have one cs so its not of a choosing problem.
I tried going into the account by your link, but when i login, it says:

Your account is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
We ran into a bit of a problem. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

Is it because i m in China? Here even resgitering a glyph account is hard.

Because it uses google CAPTCHA, and China ban google. So just to fill in the captcha, we need a VPN for that.
Besides, it seems that Trion dislikes Chinese players. Some typical Chinese mails cant be used to regiter glyph accounts, like @163.com and @qq.com. Using these will produce unknown errors sometime.
And sometimes when we got the VPN ready, we still cant register due to "unknown problems".

wow i didn't realize the Chinese government was so authoritarian. I just read that they actually banned Google and Facebook as well - scary.
