I've looked around, and some people say that running another game fixed the issue.
Others have said that just waiting, or closing the error box, has fixed it.
Not sure if any of these will fix it, hopefully they will.
Thanks for your input tho :)
That's fine. Trove should have updated, when you did the validation, in order to get the missing files.
Launch Trove to complete the update.
Did that fix the issue?
A lot of people from Quebec report that the issue is caused by Videotron.
It could also be that you used the incorrect region when you setup Glyph.
This is just a guess, so I'm not sure if that is what causes the issue.
The first time you start Glyph, a box pops up in the top right, that says you can change you region.
Did you do this when you first started Glyph?
It seems that if you do need to change region, you might have to reinstall Trove, then set your region to the correct one before you install Trove through Glyph.
Let me know if this is the case.
i think something is blocking it from updating.... in windows 8 if u are downloading something, in the taskbar the icon shows how much % download has happened in green colour but here (in trove launcher) the icon is red and somewhere around the start

They say that running Trove outside of Steam might fix it.
They say to run Trove from desktop, but I think that still uses Steam. If so, run it from here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Trove\Games\Trove\Live\Trove.exe
If that does not work, try running Glyph out side of Steam:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Trove\GlyphClient.exe
If all else fails, you might need to contact Customer Support.
There is a "let us know" button on the website I linked.
Give that a try, hopefully it will work.
Is you hard drive full? This is visible from the "Computer" window
You may need to restart your router.
You can login, to your router, from a web browser, just type your router's IP address into the address bar at the top. Or you can turn off your router, then turn it back on (it might also have a restart button on it)
I know it sounds insulting, but have you restarted your pc? Sometimes this can fix connection issues.
Let me know if this fixes (or does not fix) the issue
