Cant make any loot collecter, ringcrafting bench or adventurer's crafting bench

After I craft these items from the novice crafting bench, they do not appear when I pressed tab at all. And I cannot place them in my corner stone. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Check your building inventory. If they are there you might need to move then to the hotbar.

You sometimes have to relog. I often have that my workbench is just gone after i placed it when i pick it up. Relogging at least puts it back in my inventory(or it shows up where i placed it)
