I assume you mean "Patron". You should access your accout via the trion website for your Patron status.

"Patreon"[www.patreon.com] is completely different and unrelated to Trove.

When I say are they stackable, I mean that if you already have 3 days of patron, if you buy another lets say 15 days before your 3 day patreon is over, does the patron effect still apply for the 15 days that you bought after your 3 days is over?

just check your stats. if you have extra magic find/jump/lasermancy. you got patron.

you can look at your stats ingame and look if you have 50 experience bonus
