i have a 900p monitor i managed to get really cheap and when i booted up the game it tryed to run at 4 times the resoultion but didnt down scale it back so i only see the top left 1/4 of the game and i cant fix the problem by turning down the resolution because i cant get into the menu, ive tryed redownloading the game and i looked into the files but i didnt see any this helpful.

Try looking in your Trove.cfg in your %appdata%/Trove directory (run %appdata% from the start bar).

You can change the resolution there, or just delete the file and it will return to the defaults.

im on windows 8.1. i pretty bad with it because im used to 7 so could you give me a step by on how to do that. thanks

thanks for the video but i also found i could delete the cfg folder then have steam verify the game cach which would then reset my settings :)
