DirectX Buffer Error-Device Removed - Step By Step help please.

Please I need a step by step instruction on how to remove this error. The error pops up 1 of 2 ways, either on startup of the game, you see the opening page after the Trion logo, and the error pops up, or I will be ingame, and as soon as I hit the attack button, then the error pops up again. Also if that error does not pop up, I get some kind of textural error.

You and me both. There is still no cure, it seems. People keep saying to right click the game in your library, go to properties and "verify cache" but it never works.

If i do that it always tells me, you already have a higher version of directX installed and it automatically stops the download

Google DirectX download and either download directX10 or 11, I would go with 11

I get the same message. I do the verify game cache and it says 390 files are missing. It installs them but that doesn't work. I verify it again after the error message pops up and it again says that 390 files are missing..I've uninstalled and installed a few times with no success.
