You can get one by getting a box in PvP which I've never had ;-;

First you need to get your PvP rank high enough to get a battle factor, its a tab in the character screen to see it. Your battle factor says how many boxes you can get per week. I think you need to get rank 5 for your first battle factor.

The box drops are timed, after you play for a certain amount of time it give you one, I think its about an hr per box for non-pateron. I think the game command to check the time is "/battleboxinfo" without quotes.

Hope this helps, but banners only affect you in PvP or if you do "/epicpose" so unless you want to pvp its fine to ignore them
