Error 2025 - Unable to access Glyph Support Site

Hey everyone,

If you're unable to sign into Glyph due to an error 2025 or find you can't even sign into our Support Site[support.trionworlds.com] we've got you covered!

This can happen for a variety of reasons, but one of them is entering an incorrect password repeatedly. In general this will pass after a few hours, but sometimes it can last quite a bit longer.

If you have this issue:

• Send an email to [e-mail]. This allows you to create a ticket without signing into the site.
  
• Include Error 2025 in the Subject line of your email.
  
• Mention in the email which specific error code you're seeing and that you're unable to load up our support site when signing in.
  
• Type IP into Google and add that IP address in your email as well so we can check for any issues (but do NOT post the IP address publicly).

Once you've sent that email we will do everything we can to get it cleared up as quickly as possible. Please bear with us.

The support site is useless. I use the email address. They wanted me to post it on the Trove forum. Even though my Mastery Level in the game is over 100 according to the forums I haven't even reached level 2 so can't post stuff. If you can't get stuff sorted through this Steam forum there is no help.
