Error 2025 - Unable to access Glyph Support Site

Hey everyone,

If you're unable to sign into Glyph due to an error 2025 or find you can't even sign into our Support Site[support.trionworlds.com] we've got you covered!

This can happen for a variety of reasons, but one of them is entering an incorrect password repeatedly. In general this will pass after a few hours, but sometimes it can last quite a bit longer.

If you have this issue:

• Send an email to [e-mail]. This allows you to create a ticket without signing into the site.
  
• Include Error 2025 in the Subject line of your email.
  
• Mention in the email which specific error code you're seeing and that you're unable to load up our support site when signing in.
  
• Type IP into Google and add that IP address in your email as well so we can check for any issues (but do NOT post the IP address publicly).

Once you've sent that email we will do everything we can to get it cleared up as quickly as possible. Please bear with us.

Hi developer,

My case is whenever I start running trove it releases a message; glyph will attempt to recover then It won't open lad. I keep on validating this game but it doesn't work. I've browse some fix in youtube or even in google but that doesn't resolve my issue. I've also try to delete it's folder then uninstall it and install it again but it doesn't work lad. Hope you'll help me, I really love trove though.

This can happen when entering an incorrect password repeatedly. In general this will pass in an hour or so. However, you can also email [e-mail] and include in that email the specific error code and include if you're unable to load up our support site when signing in.

[Bug Report] i dont know how kontakt you but i had a bug i bought 1 infinium frame vor 9999 glim (i dont now how much 1 infinium frame is worth) and i dont got the frame so i spend 9999 glim vor nothing .-.
