Question about costume mods.

So I saw some costume mods and I want to know how they work. When you install them does every player see the costume? Does armour effect the costume?.

I guess you can use the Modder tools to take a closer look at those costumes, but i doubt that there is an option so that everyone will see them ingame on the character you're playing too.

Only people with mod installed will see others and themselfs with a different dragon or costume.

People without mods won't be able to see your modded costumes if they don't have them installed as well.
