Contact Trove Support staff directly? PLEASE HELP
So i have a legit problem because i acidently deleted a Geode quest item, and now i cant progress like AT ALL
i been trying to write trove support but got no fix and no actual answer.
Please if any devs see this please help, support ticket 1140965
I keep getting copy/paste emails like:
"Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding Trove.

I apologize for the delay in our response, unfortunately due to an abnormally high ticket load we have been unable to respond to your request in a timely manner. In the meantime we have applied a large number of fixes to Trove and many players have found that the issue they were experiencing has since been resolved."
But i load the game up and my problem still presists. Its been whole month since i am trying to get this issue fixed, please reply a lot of time or do anything to catch attention of devs.

In the quest "Hatch your howlug" u are givven an purple egg, that hatches almost instantly, i accidently deleted it and now i cant progress
Yes i have tried hatching other eggs, with/without boosters
Yes i got like 6 howlugs in total
No support doesnt help with ♥♥♥♥, all they anwser me is "we fixed this problem, have fun" just usual copy/past ♥♥♥♥.

And after that i load the game up and literary nothing been changed.
My problem i think requres "manual fixing" where you (trove support agents) would manualy go to my avvout and i dont know game me nececery item or restarted geode story or something.
