Losing connection every 10 secs
Title.

-I went to the Trove Reddit thread and no one replied. I read other threads and none of them helped. I also went to the support page for connection issues. Nothing there either helped or seemed to be the problem

-This is a connection issue, not a lag issue.

-I tried my best to solve this problem before coming here. Things like linking the Trove support page won't help, I've already tried everything there.

Yesterday I started playing and I didn't have any issues other than the screen was zoomed in. That was fixed by editing the cfg file. I also had a very old router and TODAY I hooked up a new Netgear gaming router.

All my other devices work fine. I can play every other game with no issues. It's just Trove. I "lose connection to the server" literally every 10-20 seconds.

To my friends it says that I log off and log back on instantly. I click "retry" and I log back in in 2 seconds. If it really was a serious connection issue, then why do I reconnect so fast?



TL;DR Yesterday I played fine with a 5 year old router. Today I have a new router. Everything works and all the games run except Trove. The Trove support page didn't help. (Nothing helped actually)

Don’t get upset what I say now,

but router and internet connection are different things.

We all agreed game bit laggy , and last day give few issues for loading.
Also I post thread too.

But when I realize it’s need to be patient bit more it’s get fixed.

Try to play with medium video settings. It’s not that much bad.

At least try it to temporary fix your problem.

And don’t watch online movie or other thing when you play trove it’s give good boost for game.

If you still have this issue Something that made it work for me was when the message pops up just wait 5 min and then press retry, if it doesn't work then well dam

this connection issue is happening right now for the last 20 minutes. Played yesterday and not one disconnect. After 20 minutes on, lost connection, then again as soon as I load into the hub, then again, then again. I close the client, restart the game, lost connection as soon as loading in. Now it doesn't even actually load you into the hub, it disconnects while looking at the connection screen. Chat has others getting the same then disconnects again.

This isn't a graphics issue, 9700k, 3070 TI 32gb ram

Same issue here, it seems to be a server/game related problem.
I'm just going to try again tomorrow.

I've been facing the same exact problem. Waiting for a few minutes before retrying hasn't helped. I also tried changing regions, nothing there either. The game worked perfectly yesterday.

EDIT: The problem seems to be related to the hub specifically. It doesn't seem to happen in club worlds or adventure worlds
