Gem part is just Dmg, Critical Damage, unboosted Critical Hit Chance.
Cosmic Gem is either full Light or min Light, where due to new contents, a lot of class go full Light for more effective Topside farming, Leviathan, and deep Delves.
For getting MH stat or not:
1) If the class lack of ability to trigger Aevyr/Animated Jug and Vampirian Vanquisher's effects, such as Neon Ninja min Light build for Uber 9 content:

[Max MF, Max DPS, Max CH can't be achieved on some class]
This is why on my NN's video, I sacrificed a gem boost on CH stat in order to push 99.32% CH beyond 100.
If one think a total of 210 Magic Find is ok to sacrifice from Subclass, they can use Tomb Raiser's.
Class like Fae Trickster, Ice Sage, Gunslinger, Shadow Hunter, Pirate Captain, won't have "99.32%" issue.

Assuming Light is included and not treated as :2nd stat".
1) AS MF CD, Face MD/PD, Ring MF/ER/CH
(Weapon have CH instead of MF to fix 99.32% CH, while using other subclass)
2) AS MF MS, Ring MF
A typical farming build. Viable in most class due to the introduction of 10 MS Light Banner/Perma Torch mod.
3) (2) But sacrifice AS for ER, or/and Ring's MF for ER.
This is for class who needs Energy to farm, sometimes having Zealous Emblem isn't enough.
Either having 1 or 2 Energy stat(s) is really depending.

For Delves build it is typical all possible damage stat and Knight subclass.
However, due to the CD stat on weapon isn't significant anymore, I didn't reroll. I keep for MS.
Draco's is one of the class need 2 ER stats in order to get "serious" mode.
However for farming, I will swap with my Fae's:
- Staff with MF stat replace CH Staff
- Face with MF stat replace MD Face
- MF Ring replace ER Ring
to my Dracolyte. He will hit 99.32% CH, so I have to use Tomb Raiser subclass.
