Xbox to PC Content Transfer?

I'm a MR300/PR16,323 Dracolyte on Xbox One but the horrible servers on Console is making me want to switch to PC, My question is: Are you able to transfer your Console Content over to PC? I have a rather large Dragon Collection and a super large Cornerstone that i'd like to show off.

Close to 2 weeks, Usually around 6 Hours each day, But a majority was farming for Dragons

I would have got to that PR sooner if farming for Dragons wasn't such a big time sink

Idk how to farm for dragons though. Did you have a group or alone?

Alone, Which is mainly why it took so long. a Group would have made it so much faster
